Seeking a VDC & Field Engineers- Must provide a Project List

We are a major structures commercial contractor that does both Design-Build General Contracting and a Structural Concrete. We are a union company, we employ 800 tradesmen and 40 office staff. Our exemplar projects are a 32 story high-rise residential tower, 2,700 car parking structure, Corporate Campuses and Distribution Center, etc. All of our projects have very formal processes that must be followed. Our single project contracts range from $15million to $150million. We are a 100% at risk contractor that only does lump sum fixed price contracts.

Field engineers will work from the Jobsite and sometimes from the Corporate office. Work is spread across California but primarily LA County, Orange County and the Inland Empire. This is a trenched, roll up the sleeves and do the work type position.

**Duties:**

- Provide on-site and remote technical support for network infrastructure.

- Install and configure network equipment and software.

- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions promptly.

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth network operations.

- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on network systems.

- Document network configurations and changes for reference.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in TCP/IP networking and network administration.

- Familiarity with Active Directory services and user management.

- Ability to analyze complex network problems and provide solutions.

- Proficiency in SCCM for software deployment and updates.

- Experience in providing help desk support for end-users.

- Knowledge of LAN technologies, firewalls, Meraki networking equipment, and ServiceNow ticketing system.
